  If there’s one piece of advice I’ve ever taken onboard from a dietician, it’s don’t drink your fruit.

    Drinking your fruit is actually advisable as an occasional method for achieving one of your daily serves (stated by dieticians, experts and the actual packet itself - "250ml of 100% juice is 1 serve"). The thing is though you've got to be actually drinking your fruit.

    This is flavoured sugar water.

    Actually a couple of dieticians I have talked to recommended drinking fruit for easy consumption (given that its actual fruit juice and not sugar)
