    I have a $15 credit on my next order on my account, if I just pay for a $1 pick up meal will it use all the $15 or will I be left with $14 to use on future purchases?

      Just make sure you select the promo code and it will say something like:

      Total: $0.00

      If it says
      Subtotal: $15.00

      Total $0.00

      It'll use $15.

        Yeah it shows that but im not sure if i'll be left with $14 credits or it'll all be gone. It says "$15 on next order" so not sure if thats a use it or lose it on one order thing.

    Doordash are now refusing refunds even for food safety mistakes such as mistakes of allergens present. If you have any food allergies and have fastfood places make this mistake on you, do NOT expect doordash to resolve it for you.

      I think DD paid for the promotions.
      The receipt printed by the restaurant in my take away shows the regular full price.

      I think it's being expensed mostly to doordash and partially the restaurants, but the restaurants aren't losing money. Maybe DoorDash's cut just gets increased from the final bill, so the restaurant profits less than a normal sale.

      If it was entirely at doordash's expense, why wouldn't every eligible restaurant sign up for this?

      The app and website had a red banner which promoted the deal; right under the menu frame on website and on the top of the splash page for the app. Try again tomorrow with adblock off perhaps

    Ordered today.

    However this happened today and it also has happened on 5-6 other occasions , but quite a small percentage of the amount of orders I’ve done across all the platforms.

    I know a lot of drivers do deliveries for all the platforms.

    Picked up my delivery. Went way north west of my direction and stopped for five minutes and then delivered mine. No mention on DoorDash was doing another order. Uber eats do that at least

    Worse still , other times, they’ve picked mine up, went in the opposite direction and stopped for 5-10 minutes continued in the opposite direction for quite a distance Stopped for five minutes, and then delivered mine going backwards. No mention on Ubereats was doing another order.

    It’s obvious that they are doing orders for the other platforms at the same time.

    Do they not know that we are tracking them ?
    Do they care ?
    Does giving the driver one or no stars and a scathing review or complaining to support make any difference ?

    Only happens very occasionally

        They had this issue in the US where bicycle/e-scooter deliveries were being taken by people with cars (they pretended they had a bike on the app) and it takes orders away from riders in the area with actual bikes/scooters.

        I think it's unfair for the people who get their potential deliveries yoinked by someone double dipping on platforms. Don't know if i'd care enough to report them though

      I am a driver on all and it is definitely your drivers doing more than one service at once otherwise it will show up on Doordash or Uber explaining driver is making stops before you but not in Menulog

    I ended up buying a Caesar salad and adding chicken to it =$9.52 all together. Without the promotion $23.52

        Doordash recognises your imei now, and wont let you pay on desktop and forces you to use the app. So unless you have a new card and new device its pretty hard to cheat their system.

              @umoddbro: If they deactivated a DD gift card you had without a valid reason, and that card still had credit on it, you should call them and demand that that same amount of credit be assigned to your (PC-based) account. Thereafter, you should use that credit very sparingly (during offers such as this, for example).

        I've had 3 accounts for a long time now, with a 4th pretty new (same first name/address with different last names) and never had any problems switching between them as I please on same deskop IP/mobile phone. The trick I think is I never used same payment method, always paid with credits from gift cards
