How did you get the loyalty voucher for the heat pump?
Samsung chat advising they have no loyalty vouchers that are applicable to the heat pump. :(
I was told by my friend who got the same deal to email [email protected]. You can try to get a discount if the Samsung chat was unable to give you a discount.

I noticed that if you add 2 of the heat pump dryers to the cart the total with just the secret code is $1663.30 for both. Otherwise it's $1109 (these prices don't include any 15% voucher).
Also, online chat stated it is currently unavailable when I asked when it would get posted.
Looks like the higher the quantity the cheaper it gets.

Avoid Samsung online store for any white goods. I ordered a wash machine in Feb and is still waiting for the replacement unit!. The first one I received was a defective unit and had to send it back. I have been waiting for more than two months now! It genuinely drives me nuts!

Not sure how to submit an order as it complains to select a delivery date but no date field in that screen. Tried in both iOS and macOS.
Confirmed with Samsung over chat that it is a glitch with there website. I was told to try later.
Once I signed in to my Samsung account , the order went through.
Seems delivery available to specific locations. I could see the delivery slot available for NSW, QLD but not for VIC, SA. WA

I bought this dryer earlier in the year.
Very good, clothes come out nice and dry yet soft on the '4' dryness setting. AI mode works well for most things except bedding and linen which you will need to use the dedicated mode. Takes about 50% longer to run, but it is dry afterwards.
Importantly, the drum rotates BOTH directions - which is not common for heat pump dryers which often go one way only, leading to balls forming and inconsistent drying
Con: Slightly noisy at full tilt, but to be expected with heat pump dryer. However, there is minimal heat that escapes into the surround so I can't complain too much.
This is a ripper deal. I found two other interested people, and bought 3 for $739 each. Thanks op.
