This is the older one. Unless you wanna use it for digital art, this is really good pen.

  True it's not the newest pen. However if I'm not mistaken this is the "surface pen with no clip" listed here

  This should support 4096 points of pressure, tilt, bluetooth and magnetic attach for the following Surface Pro models (also a bunch of other products listed on the website):
  
  Surface Pro (5th Gen)
  Surface Pro 6
  Surface Pro 7
  Surface Pro 7+
  
  So if you've got one of those surface models it should be fine for art. Plenty of (mostly) favourable reviews on youtube from digital artists using the OG Surface Pro 5 and pen.
  
  If you're a professional illustrator you'd probably want something better but should be good for casuals.
