All time low for this I believe. Same as the deal few weeks ago but now $50.90 cheaper.

Dual rank Hynix M-die, tunable to run 6000Mhz CL36 @ 1.35V

CMK64GX5M2B5600C40

2Rx8, XMP CL40-40-40-77 @ 1.25V, Solid Aluminum Heatspreader

FYI: Esteemed OzBargainers, just thought I'd let you know that from my research that if youre thinking of going 128GB they are only rated to run @3600mhz on the current gen due to using 4 sticks of ram (4x2R and 4x1R), some people have managed to OC it to 6000mhz but its a basically a gamble and you might introduce some stability issues. So depending on your use case it might make more sense to go 96GB (2 sticks of 48gb) as 2x2R and 2x2R can run at the higher clocks just fine, think I'll probably go this route.

Bloody hell I paid $400 for my 2x16GB Corsair 6200 cl36 memory end of last year lol…

Hynix die as well and managed to tuned it to 6000 30-36-36-30 without too much effort (my setup refuses to run 6200 even at stock XMP).

  • Thanks op! Been camping for this

  • Damn that’s cheap

  • the white one - Corsair Vengeance DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 5600MHz C36 Intel Optimised Desktop Memory (Onboard Voltage Regulation, Custom XMP 3.0 Profiles, Solid Aluminum Heatspreader) White,840006659334 - is only 195?

Hynix M-die's are fine if you aren't doing extreme OC'ing

I've got M-die's and they OC fine using Actually Hardcore Overclocking's timers for Ryzen

  • Despite it is XMP, is it okay for the Ryzen models?

    • Yeh I believe so. You will have to set the timings manually in Bios though if you are wanting to OC.
I'm no expert though, but that is my understanding, maybe someone else can chime in?

My thoughts too. I'm aiming for a 7900X3D, so want RAM tested for EXPO, but if this can work, that'd be great!
edit: the AMD stuff still expensive expo

  • Thanks, i bought for $350 a few weeks ago. Price protection looking good

  • Sorry for the stupid question but does anyone know if this would fit a standard laptop or if the sort of ram you can buy for a laptop is different to a desktop? I have an MSI Studio 16 which supports ram up to DDR5 5200 and has 2 slots. I think the 5600 will still run ok (just at 5200 level), but I have never upgraded ram before, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything

They are Desktop RAM and they would not into laptop unfortunately.

      • I see, thanks for that!

Look for SO-DIMM DDR5 RAM for laptop. SO-DIMM is the laptop size.

  • I wanted faster ram so was considering 6400 CL32 @ ~$380.
Now questioning if it's worth the extra $130…

  • Wow excellent price for 64gb kit, I just bought the Gskill 6400 hynix A kit for $217shipped on deal
