  • Why the AMD-expo RAM are not on discount? I'm sick and tired of waiting it.

    • Because AMD is late to DDR5, and their memory is new to the market. So supplier want to milk us for a bit longer.

    • +1

You don't need EXPO and will even get better performance if you set the memory yourself. Look for Buildzoid Hynix settings.

    • Retailer clearing old stock. Not sure when DDR5 makers will make XMP + EXPO support standard across the board. Guessing next year.

For RAM kits with good memory die type, people might be more willing to do manual settings.

      • Yes, but it is hard to find the sellers who sell the naked hynix ddr5 ram itself without tuning. It seems like that I have to go to Korea to grab that.

        • Have you looked at aliexpress

  • wow good price for DDR5

  • These would be okay to run with 7600x assuming these can be overclocked to 6000 ?
