  • I just tried to login as I'm an existing customer but i've been blocked by the system :(

  • over $150 of filament in cart yet still showing charge for delivery. where is the free delivery option?

    • We have just fix the bug!
Free Shipping is now available for all orders over $150

  • As a heads up - I bought from these guys back in December - printer failed in less than two weeks - they stopped responding to emails to try and resolve the issue. (It was the B1, fyi.)
I have since also tried to contact Biqu, also with no response.

    • Oh no! Hopefully this is just an oversight as I have an issue too (see below).

      • I'm not sure that four months of non contact can be considered an oversight…
Also, I ended up raising an issue with Fair Trading (basically useless) and their excuse was that they thought it was my fault. (The heat bed is enclosed inside the main body and is effectively inaccessible… the printer was set up and not moved…)

    • 1) Paypal claim or Credit card chargeback
      2) NCAT

As long as you can rule out plausible deniability of use outside of 'intended use'

Why waste time if no reply? Did they not reply or replied with a 'no'? Should be an easy 'bring it back and we replace it or repair it'

        1. Foolishly paid by direct deposit. Bank could not recover funds. That one is on me.
        2. Fees for NCAT is $119 - doesn't seem worth it for a $200 ish item. The only non fee method I could find was Fair Trading. They weren't very helpful.

        3. Yes, it should be an easy bring it back and they'd replace it, but a) it isn't local and b) they have already claimed it was my fault to Fair Trading - if they are happy to lie to Fair Trading, what makes you think they'd treat me well in store?

        4. I'm not really wasting time - I'm just making sure that other potential customers have a good understanding of the company that they may be thinking about dealing with. I am trying to be helpful.
        • If you win NCAT, you get the fees back as well. Fair trading and ACCC is useless in small consumer disputes.

I meant wasting time still trying to get your hard earned money back from them

          • @plague69: I did not know about getting the fees back, thank you!

  • Hello Team - I bought a Biqu BX previously which had an issue with the heatblock. I have a support ticket in your system but it's been weeks without an update - can someone provide further assistance? Happy to provide the ticket number.

Thanks - loved the BX when it worked!

    • I hope you have more luck than I did.

    • Please submit an new ticket, as we had a system issue a few months ago and lost some data during the event.
Once you have submit the ticket, I should be able to help you out.

      • Is this for both of us? Or just goldiep?
