    Anyone else remember the N-Gage?

    • Hell I remember the home phone. That's how old I am.

      • That's from the movie ET, right?

That's a bit off topic so maybe send me a fax and we can continue the convo.

@WatchNerd: Will the fax be printed on paper with those holes on the sides to tear off?

  • Thanks OP, was just eyeing this for my kids last week.

      Don't you like your kids?

      • A better suggestion for a feature phone is welcome.

  • I want my Nokia 6810 dammit :D

  • 230g in weight

Why so heavy!!! Nah, no way is it that brick-like. More like 130g for a feature phone.

    • +1

Maybe it’s because of the earphone housing inside.

Nah, OP just cut and pasted without thinking. It's wrong.
Happens all the time, people post the shipping weight.

  • The most embarrassing phone for kids to hand them over to teachers during class time

    • +2

Be different to every single kids in the classroom can be cool. Trying to be the same is what gets me worried for my kids.

  • that black/red one looks pretty damn good actually.

  • On the Nokia website there are single & dual-SIM versions of this. The dual would be preferable although I suspect this is the single SIM version? Devices like this would be great paired w. the $10 365 day long expiry SIMs for spam txts, online shop signups etc.

EDIT: The one being sold by Nokia is discounted from $149 to $129 and states is the dual-SIM version, so I wonder if this is the same…
