If you are willing to wait, this quarter is expected to see even lower NAND flash prices and therefore for the next month you would be able to still see a good reduction in SSD prices. Especially for 4TB PCIE Gen 3 and 4 SSDs.

    • Hopefully we see a 4Tb one around the ~$300 mark.

      • PCIE Gen 3 4TB drives can be found for $240 mark. Hopefully Gen 4s come under 300.

I should have been more specific, yes a Gen4 (specifically to use as a secondary SSD on a PS5).

      • Yikes, unpublished my last comment instead of editing, sorry.
        I was saying that there’s a 4TB MP34 version under 300 already but I’m waiting for 250, personally

  • Bought a PS5 yesterday. This is tempting.
