By who? It's hard to tell the quality of HDMI cables, especially for 1m ones. You tested yours on a 8K/60Hz TV?
While I have a number of UGreen products, for the USB 3.2 gen2 enclosure, I was sent the wrong USB-C to USB-A cable. It was causing random disconnections.
