I havent tried the Black Label yet but the 'Sh*t the bed' has a good bite to it, so I trust the rating.

  The Shit The Bed One, it's brutal. Just a small dab of it and I lose my sense of taste for a few hours.

      I'm not brave enough. Even the Shit The Bed, once you have a couple of pieces of steak with a small dab, I lose my taste and then the rest of the steak has no flavor because my mouth has gone numb. It's good as a gimmick / party trick but to use with a meal, for me it's got just a bit too much fire for my liking.

  Wow one of the few Aussie hot sauces that doesn't have sugar as the first ingredient. Actually it appears that only coconut sugar is used in some of the sauces. I may actually give this a try

  Anybody who finds these mild sauces too hot have a simple solution - use less and mix with BBQ sauce or something similar to your taste. My home made chilli sauce is incendiary but I use sparingly. It is delicious especially mixed with carmelised onion, fantastic on sausages. Chilli sauce should never be put on a decent steak - sacriligous!
