If they actually give you the Storecash. They’ve done it to me twice now and even admitted I was owed it yet still never received it. Gave up in the end, they just keep passing you to the next person down the line until you give in.

Never got the bonus cash or storecash. The head office and store staff will just ignore you if you ask.
Their rewards program has never worked for me. Also not very helpful when trying to get it fixed. YMMV

The last time i got store cash I had to use it within 10 days or it would expire, I think this is the usual terms.
Yep, make sure you all check the expiry date, it is ridiculously short!
And it can only be used in store, not online, so tough luck if you can't make it there

Yes, price matched a tv from VideoPro with JB and then called TGG who beat the price by $5. Contacted TGG via chat as I didn’t get the $100 on the second Thu of the month (as per their T&C) and they said my purchase’s Store Cash pay day is the 22/6

Nope, I got mine on the 22/6. Store Cash is paid in the 2nd or 4th Thu of the month.
No need to wait for full payment. I have already used the Store Cash, I wonder what happens if you return the item after Store cash is used
