    Most of the insoles on aliexpress only go to 28CM length, so if you're >UK10 it is like stepping on shit sort of.

    I had a pair of shoes with memory Foam inner, they were so comfy that I wore them every day.
    Within ~3 months, I started feeling pain if I wear a pair that are not so comfy… and physio advised me to get rid of all shoes/slippers with memory/comfy foam pads.
    Not trying to vote against this product but just sharing my experience for the sake of awareness.

      Physio say why?
      I had this with Asics Kayano 29's. After a month or so my big toes were starting to hurt heaps, and radiate down the arch of my foot to the point it was painful to even walk.
      Changed to something completely different and over the course of a month or 2 without Kayano 29's has improved dramatically.
      Sucks because I always just bought the latest iteration of Kayano's, but on the 29's they did something drastically different which has put me off ever buying them again.

        I was told that overtime muscles learn and adapt.
        My doc advised me to walk bare feet as much as I can…and that was it. I don't buy foam-ish shoes now…
