      I assumed it was a travel deal until I got to the “Dust of Alacrity” bit, and immediately concluded it must be something related to yet another gacha game.

    Was just about to post, thanks OP.

    Also noting that they're doing twitch drops so if you link your twitch account to the game and watch certain streams, you'll get more in-game rewards.

    I believe you get loot at 15 minute intervals, then the final one is an extra hour (but need to claim a bonus first before it starts accumulating watch time for the next one)

      np @mangobango great point on the twitch drops, can just leave the Twitch stream afk after connecting account and come back to grab the rewards. Amazon Prime Gaming also dropping rewards for those that havnt redeemed it yet

    I don't get the appeal in these games.. Art is cool but the fact the whole thing is built around bleeding you dry to lotto for the characters and gear and not achievement is just.. bleh.

    Also that the names are still full Chinese while in game dialogue is full EN feels like a cringe anime dub that was done on the cheap.

      The primary gameplay is much slower/less interesting than Genshin, so I haven't really gotten into it past 2 hours.

      I haven't looked into Luocha but Silverwolf has a debuff to add a weakness onto an enemy based on a member of your party, so you can pretty much always inflict break no matter your comp which seems like it'll always be handy.

    Been playing Genshin since day 1 but haven't switched across to Honkai yet. Is it worth a try? I'm not a big fan of turn based games.

      First 30 minutes will give you a mix of story and gameplay, and by the 2nd hour you should have a good opinion on whether you want to continue or not.

      Plenty of players were on the fence when they heard turn-based but turned out they liked it.

      When it comes to turn based games, this is definitely on the lighter side, nowhere near as complex as other ones such as fire emblem.

      Zenless Zone Zero is on the horizon and maybe that will be more your thing.

      patch 1 Genshin player as well. Wasn't excited for HSR…I had low expectations regarding the playable character designs. But I've been pleasantly surprised.

      The designs of the playable characters are great ,and imo better than the rehashed designs in Genshin (not so many teen girls and kids).

      The music is fantastic.

      There's an double-speed afk auto-battle mode. Set it, do something else for a couple of minutes, come back and collect rewards.

    I played this while waiting for Diablo, it served its purpose well but i am salty i havent gotten a 5 star after A LOT of summons (free to play)
