Not sure if there's minimum spend, my total order was around $80 and successfully applied promo code.

  Tried both a $50 and $82 cart at checkout both failed and i got the same message as the others.

  You have not qualified for this promotion

  So must be definitely targeted.

  I didn't get an email with the code, but I did place an order on the day they had technical trouble. Code worked or me with ~$80 in my cart.
