Looks exactly like the dumbbells I bought from OzPlaza a couple of years ago. These are concrete weights. Extremely bulky. Obviously, the problem of big bulky weights is multiplied in dumbells because you need to operate them around your body and might not be as bad with barbell… But it was definitely very awkward to operate the dumbells. The quality in general is fair for the price, but if are serious about excercise - it will just be too poor…
Better off getting Olympic Celsius plates when on sale at rebel.

Concrete weights are pathetic. Avoid.
I also bought a two-dumbbells set 20kg each from MyDeal or similar during the lockdowns for about $100. I have used it a lot and they are still going strong. But I get it, for the next level I should buy something of a better quality. Will give it a miss. Thanks everyone.

Always go olympic plates. At the very least if you get lazy the resale on it is pretty good. Heck even just buy them used and you might profit off the next pandemic.

$138 member price. It's all iron and better quality and comes with dumbells. I wouldn't really trust a split bar. This is what you want if you are starting from nothing and want to get started. New weight plates can always be purchased later.
