$3 Bonus Promo Terms - read carefully as it will save a lot of questions:

  1. To be eligible for the $3 bonus, you must first activate the promotion on this page, then purchase a Choice gift card of $30 denomination (or higher) via the Gift Card Page on Cashrewards (link is on the activation page).
  2. After activation, gift card purchase must be made by 5pm AEST 08/06/2023. Bonus will decline if purchase is made after 5pm AEST.
  3. Activations are capped at 3000. Once activation limit is reached, you can still purchase until 5pm AEST (provided you first activated the bonus).
  4. Bonus is eligible on purchase of a Choice gift card of $30 denomination (or higher) in a single transaction.
  5. Bonus will be added automatically to your Cashrewards account as pending upon activation of this offer. Bonus will be approved within 7 days of the associated qualifying purchase being approved, as per the terms of the store.
  6. Bonus is over and above the advertised cashback rate which still applies to the transaction.
  7. Gift card purchases through the Gift Card Page are available only via desktop or mobile browsers. They are not available via the Cashrewards App.
  8. Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses.
  9. Cannot be used in conjunction with Cashrewards Refer-a-Friend or any other promotion that may be active at this time.
  10. Review all terms & conditions of this Digital Gift Card prior to finalising your order. All terms are set by the retailer, not by Cashrewards.     Problems with the payment system for these cards.

    Just tried to pay for one with Zip and it gave an error, went to pay again with a normal bank card and got a notification of a payment made to True Rewards but no giftcard emailed to me yet……

    • Zip suspended my account for using coles mastercards as payment. Huge pain trying to get it sorted, their customer service is truly abysmal.

      • Lol, yeah I can see how they're abysmal, getting it sorted and support said he'd email me the the order summary, the summary he sent me has the True Rewards name but amount spent was for a transaction I did 2 hrs later, so clearly a mix n match order summary.

    Nope. I won't be tempting fate again. Took me over a month to get reversal of funds after declined payment error. No issues prior to that.

    Haven't had an issue with payment but not working today- just looping at payment stage (tried to pay with the digital version of prepaid Coles MasterCard and didn't work), my normal CC doesn't seem to work either.

  • Anyone got luck getting payments through on Vanilla Giftcard (VISA) Heritage bank (checked I have balance and no you can't try it for me)?

      I tried using a Vanilla Visa gift card about a month ago for a different CR gift card deal and it failed. It looks like True Rewards’ payment processor is refusing to process a payment from a Vanilla Visa gift card.

      To be fair, it does say on the Choice gift card webpage on the CR website:

      True Rewards does not allow purchases or payments made with prepaid Visa or MasterCard gift cards.

      I find Vanilla Visa gift cards are the most likely prepaid gift card to be rejected by online merchants.

          True rewards told me they've updated the payment system and it has more security checks than before.

    I have been spending much of time logging transaction details made with ShopBack, lately every single Amazon offer from ShopBack got rejected with no reason, I had to prvoide date/time, OzBargain offer link, the invoice and now ShopBack ask to provide screenshot of the challenge page.

            Similar to everyday reward i.e. spend $100 get 20k points
