  • Part payment with menulog credit and/or gift card (like the Westpac eBay deals) allowed?

    • +1

Nah not for Menulog I'm afraid, Cashback doesn't stack with gift card use so will only be generated based on the amount not paid for by gift card for both base Cashback and the Westpac Bonus.

      • To clarify, cashback doesn’t stack with credits/gift cards at all, or just that amount you paid with cash will be cashback eligible?

  • +3

At least better than unobtainable UBER deal

    • +1

      Skill issue

    • Yep. Quit Ubereats last week after using them almost weekly for last 5 months. Disgusted at how they trick old customers

  • +1

can the smart ones share the sweet spot too ?

    • +4

      $50 spend, $25 back

      • +1

Is that including all fees (delivery and service)?

  • So spend $50 to get the $15 cashback

    • Plus $10 via westpac

  • +1

For those who don't have westpac
Spend $50 to get the $15 Cashback

Use ultimate Gift card purchased few days back at shopback that gave you $5 Cashback

Use coles e MasterCards purchased few days back at 10% disc minus the fee to purchase your ultimate Gift card - $3.74 disc

    So effectively $23.74 back

    • doesn't using gift card make the cashback ineligible?

      • Ultimate card is just entered as normal card n not gift card
        @gotyourback can confirm

  • Title: 30% Cashback ($15 Cap) 4pm-8pm
    Description: 30% Cashback 4pm-10pm AEST
    Expiry: 4pm-10pm

Which is the real end time, 8pm or 10pm? @gotyourback

Changed title to 10pm. Please fix it if it isn't right.

    • Hey mate, apologies, 10pm is the correct end time, cheers for the call out.

  • is it elig/stackable with https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/780379
    ?

    • Unfortunately nah, not a listed eligible code on our site.

  • I think it should be fine but are the internal store offers eligible?
    "10% off your order today
Free delivery when you spend over $15" etc

    • +1

Yeah if it's auto-applied, all good to stack. Only when there's an ineligible promo code entered are you likely to run into issues.

  • Rep, are pickups okay for this?

    • +1

Nah afraid not, Menulog only apply Cashback to delivery orders that are paid for online, so no pick-ups or pay in-store.

      • Thanks.

  • +1

Can I order for delivery tomorrow?

    • pretty sure it's counted as long as you paid for it today…unless it get cancelled tomorrow

    • +2

Yeah orders in advance should be fine, so long as their placed in the flash window and are fulfilled.

  • Does the Westpac offer eligible paid thru PayPal?
    or only on direct?

    • +1

Unfortunately Paypal won't work for the Westpac Bonus, as Paypal obscures the card details used so won't register as a transaction from the card in Menulog's system,

      • cheers so what would be be min spend to maximise the double deal? if paying with westpac
or are they somehow 2 separate transact offers?

        • so if i paid $75 with westpac does it cashback both, or how does it take prioritize which deal?

        • +1

Nah you redeem both in the same offer, you'll get the full $30 back on any order where the food alone (so not service/delivery fees) is $85 or more. If you spend $55 though, you'll get $25 back which might be a bit better value for money, depends on what you're after. Maths isn't my strongest suit haha so that's my best pass taking GST into consideration.

  • +1

Do "new" menulog member also stacked with the extra 50 percent off?

    • Yep, the New member offer Menulog are running for 50% off does stack with Cashback + Westpac Bonus.

      • Please confirmed, I would be getting like 100 percent off in total (max.= 15+15+15=45 dollars off the food) not included gst, delivery fees, service fees

        • The Cashback will be based on the amount paid after the discount is applied, so on a $45 spend after GST, fees, and discount is subtracted, you'd get about $22.50 in Cashback with the 20% + the 30% rates.

          • @gotyourback: But you just said that "new" menulog member can also get the extra 50 percent off for the first order, which is also cap at 15 dollars. So I wanted to know, will the new ones also get this extra 15 dollars off.

  • Can we use Ultimate card for everyone.
They are just entered as any credit card in cards section

    • Can't see why that'd be an issue, they don't stipulate either way, I'd use at your discretion.

  • Awesome thanks SB!

  • @gotyourback, made a menu log order within the window for a total of $50 and used by Westpac card to pay. The order has tracked on shopback but the Westpac Cashback portion is only $3.04? Was expecting $10

    • Will have to take a closer look at this to understand fully what's happened here, definitely shoot me a message so I can look into this mate! Happy to sort it out.

  • +1

GYB - my first order was cancelled by the restaurant, will the cashbacks be ok for the second order or will it think it's an extra order? Going by previous posts it looks like i'm out of luck? 😢

    • Hey mate, sorry I missed this, if you ended up placing a second order and run into trouble, let me know and I'm happy to see what I can do for you mate.

  • +1

70% off due to store promo and this stack.

Still bloody expensive 2 burger meals $29.25 total

Sevice fee and delivery balanced my 20% off

  • Shopback, cashrewards and topcashback are now becoming a waste of time and effort just for a couple of % cashback in most instances and then having to wait 90 days! Too many t&cs to follow. Not very straight forward anymore and yes sometimes not attainable! Prefer other vashbcak offers like AMEX cards or Commbank cards.

  • +1

    tracked both $15 + 15

  • +1

    Thanks op.

All tracked. 50% off plus 30% and 20% cashbacks.

Paid nearly 8 dollars for 38 total cost.

Hope it gets approved. Not confident with ordering menulog through shopback or cashrewards. Been burnt in the past. All have tracked but nearly all not approved.
Took screenshots of this offer just in case.

  • Tracked as $0 for the Westpac Menulog cashback and regular Menulog cashback didn’t track.

No coupons used and used my Westpac card??

    • Hmmm definitely sounds like an odd one, happy to take a closer look so shoot me a DM so I can help out!

  • Hi OP, I order a lot of DoorDash and no cashback has tracked for me or friends since Tuesday last week. Whereas it usually does by the next day. Is there an issue?

    @gotyourback

    • Hey mate, I'm not aware of any issues but I'm happy to take a closer look, shoot me a DM with your account info and I'll get the team on it to see if there's anything going on.
