  What's the bargain here? They jacked up the price by over $1k compared to previous year models.

  Not sure if it applies to other states/territories, but worth noting that in the ACT this only just puts it into the higher registration price bracket, by a mere 13cc…
  It's effectively almost double the price per year to register, compared to something like the CB300R

    Also you can remove the pillion pegs in QLD and get make it single passenger for basically half the Rego cost, all you do is complete a change of vehicle particulars, change the CTP to class 12.

    I have bought a cowl for the passenger seat for the 500mm maximum seat requirement

      CTP in QLD for single seat just went up (or is about to?). It's now only slightly less than two seat rego

  abs is good also fuel injected
  considering what a vespa costs this isn’t bad …
