  • As for Japan flights, I have seen better pricing (i.e. SYD-Osaka/Nagoya $349 or even $299) before so it's not the best one and considering the recent sharp crude oil price drop, they should be able to give us better price than this (I believe they haven't changed surcharge yet) having said that, I thing it's a 'sale price' compared to normal 'standard' fare though. I pass and will wait for a better one in the future.

    • I've bought Syd-Osaka for $299 so I can agree with that. However Sydney to Honolulu is quite good.. it was something like $533 return without baggage when i searched for a date to book

    • Lower fuel prices but worse exchange rate for Australian companies. Need to take that into account.

  • Is anyone familiar with the MEL-BKK route?
I am travelling to the Middle East (Tehran) around March 09 and need a cheap flight to either Bangkok and KL and Jetstar doesn't do KL anymore.. anyway will wait for these to show up on adioso to see what dates are available.
