Cashrewards - Promotions Bonus Declined

Anyone else having issues with cash rewards declining everything?
i dont have an ad blocker and always try to do it on my laptop. some of my stuff has tracked but my promotional ones just dont seem to.
Dont have issues with Shopback tracking doing the same thing….

I assign the emails to a label to check later but dont keep up with it and checking now so many have been declined. so basically pointless. I have lost out on so many spend $5 get $5 or $10/$10 deals. the only reason i buy something is because of the deal now im buying the items i probably dont need and not getting cashback.

Is it just me or are others having this issue?

No promotion email so maybe it was activated and I didn't buy anything.

18/1
I ordered on 21st but don't have promotion email so don't know when the promotion expires
If it's the 18th as the start or end date? or 3 days after so 21st?

22/4
My order didn't track so the promotion was declined

16/5
only one of my 2 orders tracked so didn't hit the $10 limit.

I guess having to wait 7 or so days to see if it tracks and I forget about it so when the item arrives and finally start checking its too late.

Will have to schedule reminders now.
Any tips on getting a better tracking record?
Maybe I should be doing it all through the app rather than on the pc?

        Yeah only seems to be cash rewards šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø tried so many things found laptop with no adblocker was working 80% of the time but now even that fails a fair bit.

        Also barely spent on cash rewards in the last 2 years because of these issues.

      I used to do that then cut down on the ā€˜am I just buying this because itā€™s cheapā€™ deals. Amazing how much money you save and how much less crap you accumulate

    only buy stuff with cashback sites if you're happy with the purchase price, never buy hoping for promos to may work, otherwise, you'll be disappointed like you are now

        Don't live in vic, act or nsw. And no Coles within 100km so makes it quite difficult actually.

    Got to be honest Iā€™ve used cash rewards for over 3 years and total pay back so far is $2671 and very minimal declines. I always use the app.

    Hi. As per your title, it looks like your issue is declined bonuses. If so, itā€™s possibly because you activate bonus offers then donā€™t follow through with meeting the terms of the bonus. This master thread outlines all the non-targeted bonuses weā€™ve run and provided you first activated them, and then made a qualifying purchase, your bonus wonā€™t decline.

    I always make it clear in my posts to please refrain from activating any bonus promos you donā€™t intend using, as it will cause exactly this concern when you see it declined. If you donā€™t believe this to be the case, feel free to shoot me a direct message with your CR email address and Iā€™ll gladly investigate. Also happy to share the results here for transparency.

      I delete the promotional emails if I don't use it. One might have slipped through the cracks but definately not all of them.

    Something I have failed with is thinking that my outlay of $10 was the qualifier .. but nope, cashback is based on the amount without taxes, not the full amount. Just a very rough estimate as an example, but my purchase was $8 + $2.20 taxes totaling $10.20 = REJECTED

    Which I obviously accept as my stupid mistake

      This could be some of it as one of the transactions went through but bonus was still declined.

    Everytime I bought from lego, cashrewards would never track the transaction, yet it worked with every other website.

    I emailed them every time this happened and on the last occasion, they recognized the transaction but after months decided to not honor it because they claimed another rewards program was used, which is bogus. I guess they got greedy and didn't want to honor a big transaction.

    I had that happen with a sparesbox order. Tracked fine but got declined and didn't get the $80-90 cashback.

    I havent received any cashback since March 2023 despite following the cashback instructions while placing orders
    I also saved the screenshot of 15% cashback of Australia Post insurance but still didnt get it
    something wrong with Cashrewards now

      Tightarse has looked into it.

      Now 1 bonus has come through. Others were missed tracking/ not purchasing within the period.

      After a brief look im still at about 80% chance of purchases tracked.

    I have some cases that Cashrewards declined and sometimes failed to track my orders. I also found that Shopback is more reliable.
    They recently declined my underarmor purchaes, I provided photo that i have the products delivered and photo taken of my computer browser plug in which was showing "activated" for my transaction (because i experieced their unreliability), they still declined saying i unknowingly click somewhere… um.. huh?
    The other case, they tracked 1 of my lego order one day but not my another lego purchase on next day, how did that happen?
    I followed all their instruction and still got declined. =(
    Now there is EOFY sale and i saw good deal but I hesitate to use them =(
