Up to 10 weeks free on eligible hospital and extras products (6 weeks free after 30 days plus 4 weeks free after 13 months) + $300 worth Everyday Rewards dollars (on third month) + 2 & 6 month waits waived on extras (from join date).

If my understanding is right, for most profit you keep policy for 72-90 days then cancel where you get everything above except the 4 weeks free.

Eligibility can be seen on https://www.bupa.com.au/campaigns/health-insurance/ten-weeks… but in summary must not held Bupa health insurance in the last 12 months prior to join date, for policy commences by 30/07/2023 and provide BUPA with everyday rewards membership number within 30 days of joining.

        I am also in the same boat - nothing received yet.

      • No points as well. Signed up June 30, got this response from their Whatsapp chat: "Your points will display in the Everyday Rewards app in the third month after you join us. You'll get notified of this if they opt-in to notifications on the Everyday Rewards app. This should occur on or around 30/09/2023."

          Suggestion only. Check to ensure that Bupa is linked to your account.
          Method: Log into Everyday Rewards, and select "Partners" on top bar. In there you should see Bupa. Check it shows as linked.

            I couldn't see much on the app but on desktop log in can see the reward points.

            It states $300 off my next shop, does it have to be spent in one go or $300 off my next shop(s) until credit is gone?

              @lankylank: Bit by bit is fine as long in denominations of $10 i.e. if you spend $19.99 then only $10 can be used if that makes sense.

      • I could see my balance when i logged in on desktop.

        • In the Rewards app and beneath points balance, you should see $300 off next shop. It's not part of the points.

  • Haven't received points however set the policy to begin on the 13/07. Maybe will receive in October

    • Yeah same i set the start date 10th july and still no points has been added.

  • I would check your direct debits carefully.
    Although I entered in code for 6 weeks free and the woolies vouchers, it looks like i was charged throughout my 6 week free period.
    Calling on Monday to sort it out

    • Keep in mind that there will be charges, as per OP, the 6 weeks is free after 30 days

      • I was charged for the first month, then 4 additional fortnight's to this point. So there were no free weeks for me, despite being credited the Woolies reward.

  • It appears they are releasing the points in batches. the dates i'm seeing in this thread are 5/9 and 12/9 so far.

    me - joined 5/7, received points on 12/9
    partner - joined 20/7, no points yet

  • Got my points yesterday (11th Oct) - cover starting 29th July.

    • Hmm, hopefully mine will be tomorrow then, being a start of 30th July

    • Update : Got my 60,000 points. Dated 11 Oct but didn't appear until today in the app.
