    Targeted?
I can't see it on my Velocity app.

    • Have you linked velocity to your 7-eleven app?

      • I still got it without linking, but have previously scanned my card at the 7-Eleven POS many times.

  • Targeted. I’ve got 2 7eleven bonus points (100) with food

    Nope

Yeah not available for me either, rip :(

  • Unrelated but even though I travel a few times a year I am always maintaining silver. Is there a way to get 250 SC to jump to Gold with Velocity?

Flybuys can give status credits depending on how much you spend.

But more realistically the only want to get status credits is by flying.

USA return to LA on United is roughly 80 SC.

UK return to London is 140 SC with Qatar Airways.

      • Didn't the status credits from Flybuys end when the new status credit/points earn structure started this year? I know the Velocity website hasn't been updated but I haven't received any Flybuys status credits since then and should have been getting 10+ a month.

        • It's capped at 10 per month. I get my 10 every month. Make sure your accounts are linked.

@skwashd: Thanks for the info. I've still been getting points transferred but no status credits so I'll follow up with Velocity.

      • Just chasing priority boarding and getting my luggage out first. I got lounge access with priority pass.

I actually applied for the CC. They rejected my application for some reason, applied for 15k limit with a 140k income, 4k monthly expense.

Can actually do the business flyer thing for my overseas trip, if that is accepted.

        • I'm not sure where you're planning to go. Keep in mind buying seats on codeshares via the business portal is usually a bit more expensive than buying direct from the partner airline. It's probably worth it to get the pilot Gold.

The business spend doesn't credit until a day or two after you've flown. That means the first $2k worth of flights to get your pilot Gold won't count towards the 80SC you need to retain it for a year. Plan accordingly.

The requirements for obtaining and retaining status change in October. That may impact this offer.
