You have to ask the staff member for a paper receipt.
Easiest way is in the drive-thru:
1. Ask for the receipt at the drinks window.
2. Do the survey.

I just deleted the app. I had a single burger fillet the other day and was shocked how salty it was. They need to bring in a grilled option to win me back
KFC tried Grilled chicken over a decade ago, called the Cayan Grill. They had to install new ovens and equipment in order to cook and serve it, but it ended up being a massive flop with very low sales. Can't see them trying it again.

I noticed the nuggets are thinner too.
Totally agree, the zinger chicken patty is noticeably thinner than couples year ago. Blame on inflation 📈

Just had the 3 piece deal. Chips were bland, floury and limp. Chicken was lukewarm and under seasoned. Coleslaw tasted like toxic chemicals. Potato & gravy was acceptable.
Some franchises are dodgy. Went to one where the owner was around and everything was how it should be made.
