  Do not buy anything from kingroon. Once you paid your money, they don't care about your order. they said they doing business in china and just hire storage area to send items in Australia. Hard to make communicate with them and even they don't have enough stock, they let you pay money and if you ask cancellation, your emails will be ignored. Terrible experience with them and still going on.

  The negative feedback is starting to build up. Here's another one from member @b-t

  I purchased a 3D Touch auto-leveling sensor from them previously. The sensor itself was faulty as it would sometimes go out of sync with the probe and then, go into an error state and fail the whole leveling process.
  I raised this with the company with photos and videos of the operation and they gave me the best reply:
  Our technician confirmed there is no problem with the sensor.
  We wish you all the best!
  So I then asked them how having a sensor going into an error state (and blinking red to visually show you that it's in an error state) mean there is "no problem"? Of course, they completely ghosted me after that.
  Thank god I paid with PayPal. I raised a dispute which I ended up winning with the exact same photos and videos. Never going to buy from them again.

  I think if you're going to post here as a Rep you've got to try a bit harder than that.

    That sounds like a terrible experience. My experience with them was for 10kg of PETG, quality is very good and purchase experience straightforward.

    I think with parts where they are all generic, a lot more can go wrong and hence customer service (or lack thereof) becomes super important.

    TLDR: I'd buy filament from kingroon, nothing else.

  OTOH, I've bought a couple of batches of filament off them and they've been super-responsive and great to deal with, So YMMV, I guess.

  I’ve bought from them and had to cancel my order because of no stock. I wouldn’t bother to order from them again.
