    good for submarine?

    • Dont think so, has the same amount of buttons. Waiting on the new modified controller myself.

      nah, too expensive for sub

At some point, safety is pure waste 👎🏻

I know what you are thinking, the case is only made of carbon fiber, but its fine. The screws are titanium. TITANIUM!!!!

will pair well with this zoom meeting background

    • Stick drift and inaccurate D-Pad, probably not

      • +3

        that's the joycons

this controller is absoluletly fine… it'd be the one James Cameron would use

        • A mate of mine uses the switch pro controller to play Halo on PC, and he's gone through 2 due to stick drift.

And the D-Pad on the switch pro really is shit if you play 2d games.

It's fine for MK8 or Totk, but I'd pick pretty much any other Gen7+ controller for a sub.

    • Might wanna use this

It might be worth considering the 8BitDo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller for $10 more, with the hall effect joysticks that don't drift.

    • If anyone has tried gyro controls on these two controllers and can compare I would be grateful (for splatoon)

      • Will this work the same way as Xbox controller?

      • +1

i have both. my pro controller started drifting this year (i bought at switch launch). the 8bitdo feels identical to the pro controller. only minor gripe is sometimes i have to reset the controller as it lags out for some reason. normally not an issue though

    • Are all the Switch Pro Controllers susceptible to joystick drift or only the more recently produced Pro Controllers?

  • What does ‘stick pad included’ mean?

Looks like grip for the thumbstick.

Was debating this between this, 8bitdo ultimate and gulikit kingkong 2 pro and I’m so glad I went with the gulikit, literally the best controller I’ve tried, Blunty on yt has a rly good video comparing everything

    • Agreed though I personally saved a bit more by opting for the standard kingkong 2 rather than the pro as I didn't want those additional features

    • +1

Gulikit is awesome. Bought it for my son instead of a pro controller and haven't looked back. Nice to know it's never going to have drift issues.

  • I wonder whether these are sold by official Amazon JP rather than one of JP’s third party sellers. There are way too many nearly perfect fakes of Switch Pro controllers going around

  • +1

I bought some from overseas and they were garbage and were probably fakes. Hopefully not the case here.

    • Yeah I really wouldn't get these knowing they are grey market, only official retail

  • +4

i have to say after so many years thsi controller is still the best for the switch.

Does the up button work on this?
