For anyone looking for some entry level DJ headphones - these are a good pickup!

Most standard retail stores (eg: Store DJ / DJ City) have them for $189 usually - Camelcamelcamel has them usually between $159-$169 on Amazon which I didn't realise until I was posting this deal, so not a huge reduction but still a good deal if you're in the market - especially with some of the discounts/cashbacks on Amazon gift cards right now.

  $155 isn't entry level when there's decent options around $50.

  IMO spend the the extra $60 and get a pair of Sennheiser HD 25 II. Supremely comfortable, durable and serviceable.

    Or spend $35 less and get the HD 25 Light v2 for the same thing with slightly less durability.

      The light are probably more durable, and seem like a good improvement on the old HD25SP, but cables out both sides is a deal breaker for DJ's i reckon and the splayed headband with swivel joint in the HD 25 II is a winner. ymmv.

      I've used the old HD25SP a fair bit and have owned my HD25II for 15+yrs and wouldn't hestiate buying another pair

      ~$213 for HD25 II Plus (extra coiled cable) on amazon JP at the moment is a cracking deal.
