KVR1333D3S9/4G
4GB 512M x 64-Bit PC3-10600
CL9 204-Pin SODIMM

DESCRIPTION:
This document describes ValueRAM's 512M x 64-bit (4GB) DDR3-1333MHz CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM)
memory module, based on sixteen 256M x 8-bit DDR3-1333MHz FBGA components. The SPD is programmed to JEDEC
standard latency 1333MHz timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V. This 204-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires
+1.5V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:

FEATURES:
JEDEC standard 1.5V ± 0.075V Power Supply
VDDQ = 1.5V ± 0.075V
667MHz fCK for 1333Mb/sec/pin
8 independent internal bank
Programmable CAS Latency: 5,6,7,8,9,10
Posted CAS
Programmable Additive Latency: 0, CL - 2, or CL - 1 clock
Programmable CAS Write Latency(CWL) = 7(DDR3-1333)
8-bit pre-fetch
Burst Length: 8 (Interleave without any limit, sequential with starting address “000” only), 4 with tCCD = 4
which does not allow seamless read or write [either on the fly using A12 or MRS]
Bi-directional Differential Data Strobe
Internal(self) calibration : Internal self calibration through ZQ pin (RZQ : 240 ohm ± 1%)
On Die Termination using ODT pin
Average Refresh Period 7.8us at lower then TCASE 85°C, 3.9us at 85°C < TCASE . 95°C
Asynchronous Reset
PCB : Height 1.180” (30.00mm), double sided component
PERFORMANCE:
CL(IDD) 9 cycles
Row Cycle Time (tRCmin) 49.5ns (min.)
Refresh to Active/Refresh Command Time (tRFCmin) 160ns
Row Active Time (tRASmin) 36ns (min.)
Power 1.140 W (operating)
UL Rating 94 V - 0
Operating Temperature 0oC to 85oC
Storage Temperature -55oC to +100oC

  • Any 4gb 1600Mhz for notebook?

$14 postage for a piece of RAM to Sydney Metro, I find that extremely hard to justify the cost given that you can put it in an envelop with 60c stamp.

  • Envelopes (in Melbourne at least) go through a 180degree turn around roller of a radius of about 6cm, while sandwiched between highly sprung belts. There is a little give, but anything sitting lengthways in the envelope which is longer than say an SD card plastic shell case will be subject to enourmous pressure at the extreme edges and opposing force in the middle. Then they are passed between rollers which can crack a USB stick shell.
    Good luck. :D

The RAM i bought from Megabuy a few weeks back was placed in a hard plastic cover and put in an envelope, no sign of damage and it's working fine. Megabuy must know something that Itech people don't.

      • They were in the large letters, which in most cases are hand sorted, especially if they are in padded evenlopes (which they were) Scloh1 is talking about small letters (ie what you get your bills in) which are all machine sorted. If your letter damages or jams the feeds, you can be liable for repair costs. Being each machine (the ones at strathfield at least) are in the realms of 8 million bucks each, its alot of money.

Its knowning the postal system, and what to lodge your articles with.

You can also send them as a sub 250g parcel which is around 5.80 at laest check.

  • Pretty sure this fits iMacs as well. But check first.

$14 postage is taking the piss mate , great price on the ram though.

    • Agreed id snap some up but the postage is amusing, good try but this is Ozbargain, we have some idea on the pricing postage should be.

I can pickup the same think locally from MSY for $48 for two, why would I spend $52 to get it from you posted???

      • So you don't have to go into MSY.

        • Why wouldn't I, they are like a block from work and I have never had an issue with them?

  • Can you get two of these if your notebook has 2 RAM slots? (ASUS U31F)
