    Mine is $10 Cashback

    • That means it’s targeted? They don’t look targeted tho.

    • Same.

    • Same

    Thanks. I can see it

    • Yes I got them both too. Didn't realise the app had these type of offers (Prestige).

  • Thanks! Have the cashback offers on my Citi premium CC - the card that just keeps on giving.. can purchase a $75 gift card in store and save it for later or to pay for prescriptions

    • Great idea for the gc. I have $25 of $75 chemist warehouse too, maybe that is the real deal :)

  • mine is $5 back on Dominos

  • Where do you find this…? Is it available in the Citibank app? I can’t find it :’(

I just have a debit Mastercard.

    • In the Citi app under Rewards

      • +2

I can’t see a rewards button though. Am I blind?

        • oops sorry under offers bottom left

@nightelves: I have a feeling my Citi app (or the products I have) just aren’t cut out for this. That is unless there’s a separate app for card management.
            screenshot
I’ve dived into the submenus and no luck.

            • @ts13: Did you update the app?

              • @nightelves: Latest version of the app and iOS. I suspect it’s just not available for the products I hold.

                • @ts13: Yeh I think it's mainly for Credit Card holders

  • Can I buy a uber eats voucher to earn the cashback ?

    • +2

Potentially, it worked for me with the Uber cashback

      • Does this mean both offers will stack? I have Citi Prestige card which as $10 cashback on $40 spend and also got the spend $30 and get $20 cashback for Uber eats.

So if I buy $50 Uber gift card, will I get $30 cashback?

        • It's still unconfirmed. Let us know if you do try it

        • Did you try this? Wanting to know. Cheers!

          • @BuyLowLetsGo: I purchased a $50 Uber gift card, the transaction has just settled today, so might need to wait a few days, probably a week to see if cashback is awarded.

How do these cash backs work? I can see the offer in the app but do I have to activate it similar to Amex offers?

    • It's already activated if you can see it, you just need to spend.

    • Presumably you just pay use the card and the amount would be credited into your account. You can read through the t&cs in the app too.

  • I have got the Chemist Warehouse as well, $10 cashback on $100 spend

  • On my Citibank Premier Card, but it's only $10 off $30 for Uber Eats instead of $20 :(

    • I’m on the same card, strange algorithm.

      • I just bought Uber Gift Card from Uber App instead of Uber Eats, do you think it would still qualify?

How long did it take to receive your cashback?

        • Probably won't since Uber has it's own separate cashback on the Prestige card which you also get if you have that card. That one took a week for the cashback to come through to me when I bought a gift card in the Uber app.

EDIT: Looks like both apps use the same merchant name when buying gift cards, so not sure if this trick works for both cashbacks. Will find out in a week I guess

          • @wangasm: My Citi statement says Uber Pending Sydney Aus

If someone buys an Uber Eats Gift Card from the Uber Eats App, can you confirm what it shows on your statement?

            • +1

@JHoliday: I did, it says UBER *CASH Sydney AUS. Which is the same as what it said when I bought in the Uber app.

          • @wangasm: Can you confirm if the $20 cashback applies to Giftcards bought from Uber /Ubereats app ?

            • +2

@BrunoBear: For the Uber cashback I can confirm buying a gift card in the Uber app gives cashback. I cannot confirm (yet) for the Ubereats one, still waiting.

              • @wangasm: Bought $50 voucher on uber Eats app, and it seems like I only got $10 Cashback from the other uber offer.

                • @BrunoBear: Did you buy uber or ubereats voucher?

                  • @Meovel: They are interchangeable and appear the same on statement. Buying a voucher does not work because the merchant is Uber, not Ubereats.

              • @wangasm: Hi did you end up getting the ubereats cashback?

                • @Meovel: Not from buying the uber eats gift card. I ended up making a normal Ubereats purchase afterwards

                  • @wangasm: @wangasm So you are saying you bought an Uber GC the last time this deal was run, and you received your cashback, but that won't work this time round if you buy UE GC?

                    • @JHoliday: Yes. Probably because both gift card purchases appear as the same merchant (Uber Cash). Also the Uber one runs every month

    • how do get premier card?

  • Using apple pay should be fine I guess?

  • Remember don’t use third party payment platform such paypal to settle the bill, otherwise you won’t get the cashback.

  • No offers for me :(

  • +1

Left Citibank after glitches and headaches no service

  • Could anyone confirm please? Does it mean you can only use once and get Cashback once per account? I’m not clear about merchant. Dots that mean each restaurant or just once per account? Many thanks

    • 'Merchant' in this context means the individual offers. So once per offer. Eg. $20 back from UberEats once and $10 back from Dominos once.

      • Thanks so much for the clarification 😊

  • Not on mine unfortunately.

  • Nope not targeted for UE, have $10 cashback every month on Uber Rides when spending $40 or more.

  • +2

Anyone seeing the cashback on their statements? I've spent (what I think are) eligible transactions and am not seeing the cash back.

    • Nope, someone said previously it should take a week based on previous promotions, so hopefully by tomorrow.

      • +1

I called Citi up. They said it should appear "at the next statement cycle"

    • For me took a few days. They also send an sms notification saying you got cash back.

    • +3

More than a week for me now, still nothing

    • I'm slowly getting the sms. Expect 2 weeks delay

    • Yep, got it in my account + received an SMS

      • When did you make the purchase?

          • @sareth: I am the same. Just received $10 cashback after about 3 weeks.

      • Did you happen to get any discount, bonus item or buy one get one free on your food order in Uber Eats?

Im just wondering if that might invalidate the citi cashback or not?

        • You can stack with all types of promotional offers. I used my card with the Uber One offer at the time like spend $30 get $15 off for some cuisine. As long as the FINAL total that was charged to your card was $30 or more then you will get the cashback.

  • Uber eats is junk offer. My order never goes through with uber eats when paying with Citi CC (of $30 or more). $1 order goes through but $30 no. Kept saying Payment failed try another payment method. And this after trying this over like 7 days each time asking citi for help ( who also are dead helpful only saying same stuff I know, i.e. there's only 1 uber charge of $1 and nothing else. Their excuse - its probably merchant's side problem, and you can try later, as there is no restriction on your/mine card)

And no problem is not with uber account, as other payment methods work 100% all the time except this citi clear cc

  • Just got the SMS with $20 credit confirmed and can see it on my statement. Safe to go back and change my payment method now in Uber Eats app to Uber Gift Card balance?

    • +1

If you already have the credit, it’s a done deal, go live your life now 🤣
