Tefal food slicer, online reviews are mixed but for the price seems worth the punt.

  • Well it seems like less washing up than a food processor, at the same time i'm skeptical of new gadgets that don't actually do anything new. Also the pessimist in me can't let go of the image of grated cheese flying out that unshielded spout and all over the kitchen. Still, the victorias basement price is pretty good.
Can anyone see how to claim the cashback?

If you watch videos of this thing in action the motor sounds a bit stressed… not convinced it will last much mores than 12 months and 1 day… though it will probably last much longer if, like most appliances, it gets used once then put away forever :)

I like that you can put your fingers in the food outlet while the blades are spinning :) (though I guess the sharp bits are inside, so no matter)…

I bought one of these when they were on sale. Returned it to target not long after. The worst kitchen appliance you can imagine. Read product reviews prior to purchasing to save on future headaches. The designers were more interested in aesthetics than function… They must of been inspired by the male appendage as the resemblance is uncanny. Big negative..

your penis is the same shape as this device? uh…. I'd be getting to a doctor if I were you.

      • I can imagine worse… I have a very good imagination :)

But yes I have not intention to buy this, looks very poor quality from online demos.

  • Aldi had a knock off copy a fortnight ago for $25.

  • We got identical item minus tefal sticker at golo for around $20. Not sure if golo still sells them? It works well.
