How's the speed and bettery life of MF50?
Its similar to an air compressor and i've not run out of battery yet so no idea on battery life
and bettery life
spotted the Kiwi
what about sliding door rails ?
i do pc repair for a living. I don't usually recommend using sliding door rails to clean your PC.
Damn titooo
you'd have more work if you did :)
yes i use this to clear out cat fur and dust etc. from sliding door rails. works a treat i really like it
but otherwise don't use door rails to clean a PC.
I use the ozito 18v blower. It is much more effective.
+1 for MF100
you will never need an air duster can again. Amazing product. Actual force feedback on use. Wow
hm need something with ebay plus to us $40 off $150..
Buy two, sell one? Or gift one? This should be $187-$40 if your code stacks.
Try it and see?
Unfortunately doesn't stack
Anywhere you can buy spare accessories for the MF100? Dropped mine and broke one of the nozzles :(
or this one who had the same experience as you
I accidentally dropped my wolfbox blower with the long nozzle attached, and managed to break one of the sliding tabs on the bottom that lock it into the base. So I grabbed some calipers and opened fusion 360 and got to work! 😆
Yes but at the bottom of that page it also says
WARNING: some users have reported that they damaged the locking lugs on the duster body using one of these printed nozzles, and the “stock” nozzles won't lock any more. Use at your own risk :)
you can find another design with better tolerances, it's just one I picked from a quick search.
Im facing the exact same issue. Looked for it on Ali and Temu with no luck. Wolf box should be offering these as accessories from their store
I looked into this last night - They are available from Amazon US but it's about $40 for the full set. I arrived at the same conclusion as the other commenters, 3D printed is the way to go
This is the strongest electric air duster/blower I've owned but it still isn't as effective as a compressed can of air. They need to have a nozzle that's similar to that tiny straw you use with compressed air cans.
Thanks for the tip. I was hoping this will replace can of air but apparently not.
can of air .. 100% it has replaced it for me… i used to use mechanic air compressors for pumping up car tires or compressed air bolt drills.. this thing is almost as good
you should be able to find a 3D printed narrow nozzle for it similar to shape.
this model has uploaded the base 3MF so you could even design your own
Not everyone has the capability to just 3D print, let alone design a custom part. Something as simple as this should be provided by the manufacturer if it improves the efficacy of the product.
You can go to JLCPCB or PCBWAY and use their 3D printing services, no need for a printer. Agreed about the design knowledge though.
@LilSlip: I’m not gonna lie, I own a bambu p1s – but this irks me. When you sell a product and one of its main feature is to essentially replace a compressed can of air but you fail to provide a part that would do just that, it feels like it wasn’t as well thought through.

Compressed air cans lose their pressure when they get colder as you use them though.
They need to have a nozzle that's similar to that tiny straw you use with compressed air cans.
This really depends on what you're trying to clean. e.g. if you're wanting to clean out an air filter or dust out a whole PC, a narrow tube would slow you down. As the can cools down the pressure would drop as well. The greater volume of air from the Wolfbox would be more effective.
It may not work effectively (or without overheating) with the amount of static pressure that would be generated.
Curious as to why these aren't more popular. Also I think the one you linked to just jumped up in price while I was looking. Cheeky buggers.
Haha yeah looks like it did - I think I paid $49 for it when grabbed one, and did notice it was $39 when I posted it. But yeah, hard agree - I like my mf100 but I definitely use the corded one more.
@harro112: I'm tempted to get one for PC dust cleaning as well as keyboard cleaning. I'm thinking the Goweto could easily handle these tasks?
But what I don't understand is why people prefer something that has a non-replaceable rechargeable battery with less power over something that is cheaper, more powerful and will potentially last forever (if it doesn't die). I guess the mf100 is quite a bit smaller but do you really find you need to get into tiny nooks and crannies?
But what I don't understand is why people prefer something that has a non-replaceable rechargeable battery with less power over something that is cheaper, more powerful and will potentially last forever (if it doesn't die).
I have a mains-powered DataVac which is very well-made and a lot more powerful. The problem is it's a hassle to store and use as it's bulky, has a thick long fixed power cord that needs to be coiled and uncoiled, and I can only use it near a power socket.
The DataVac is really good if you have to do a lot of cleaning all day long, but with my occassional use, a small powerful cordless blower that can sit on my Skadis pegboard right where I need to use it is a lot more useful. In the past 6 months I've used the MF100 more than I've used my DataVac in the past 5 years.
@eug: I can see how that makes it way more convenient. What do you actually use yours for regularly?
I only really want one to clean out my PC and keyboards, and I'd likely only get around to it every 3 months or so at best. So I'm struggling to see what use I can get out of a cordless one, but I'd also hate to get a corded one and then realise later that I should've gotten a cordless one!
I do have a strong preference for items without non-replaceable batteries though. So there's a level of inconvenience I'm happy to accept that others may not.
What do you actually use yours for regularly?
I used to hold my 3D prints in front of a fan to cool them down more quickly for easy removal, now I just use the MF100 right at the printer. Then there's the usual dusting of filters, computers, little leaves from the car engine bay, inflating airbeds, blowing out tent floors.
I do have a strong preference for items without non-replaceable batteries though.
I guess if you're handy at soldering you can replace the standard 21700 cells yourself. Good cells aren't cheap though.
@eug: I do have a soldering iron but I'm definitely not handy with it. My soldering is a trail of despair that likely will make anyone who comes across it want to cry.
I'm thinking my use case sounds like a corded one will be sufficient. Thanks for the tips.
@harro112: Tho I dunno, maybe having a DC thingy that isn't powered by mains provides a safety barrier?
Is this good for getting rid of water droplets after a car wash?
You'll be there all day lol
It can but a leaf blower will be better
No, not at all.
I've also got a BigBoi BlowR Mini which blows hot/warm air, thats what you need. But even then, its really best just to use a super absorbing cloth as using air will create drying streaks. Its very good for getting water out of tight or small crevaces though.
This can be uesd for cleaning keyboards, inflating things, or as a vacuum for those vacuum bags.
I also have big and small leaf blowers, I wouldnt use that to dry a car either. Although the WolfBox is powerful, you need big volumes of air rather than just pure concentrated air.
On your side mirrors, yes!
Great for defogging too.
But as others said, a full car would take a long time. Get a Bowden's Big Green Sucker instead!
I tried after watching some video on YouTube and I can confirm that it wasn’t effective at all.
Thanks all 😅
if your car is ceramic coated, then yes
Is the MF50 enough? Or spend more to get MF100?
The only reason why Wolfbox deals are popular is because the MF100 is so much better than everything else out there.
Really you don’t say
Thanks Yoda.
Link or it did not happen…
I have one of the $40 ones from Ali/temu and it works great.
Would be interested in anyone’s opinion who has used both and can compare them?
Every time he says "and the"…. Drink!
I got one that popped up in the AliExpress bundle deals for $22. Figured it's basically a Dyson motor…but couldn't be assed ripping one out of a hard rubbish vac…so..
why not…
Totally surprised, it's brilliant.
There was one more speed option for an extra $20. But the lowest speed is awesome for getting the Webber beads cranking, second speed blows the crap out of everything electronic, and the third setting spins the world backwards.
*Update - just discovered an overclock mode (long hold the mode button when on the high setting).. you don't need more than that… I think it will come down to how long the cells will last.
Grabbed one to see it is any better than my AEG 18v blower at cleaning the PC!
I really just googled what that was…
Does a good job, but i'm not using the stealth version that'll blow my PC over lol.
I've got this one for cleaning around the garage etc came as part of an AEG kit https://www.aegpowertools.com.au/products/blowers-and-cleani… and use it now and again to dust the PC.
So will see how this mini air duster does in comparison.
LOL at first I thought you were having a laugh, but man, if it works, it works!
how long the battery can last ? Mine one, different brand only last 2 years and only can charge for a few minutes use.
would this be much better than a Ryobi High Volume Inflator?
Like in the link below?
https://www.bunnings.com.au/ryobi-18v-one-high-volume-inflat…
I have the fancier Ryobi inflator (does high volume and high pressure) and the Wolfbox M100.
Ryobi basically does one thing well (inflate stuff - mainly 4WD tires in my case) and the Wolfbox has more general application (can do high-volume inflation, but I use it mainly as a cleaner for electronics, a/c filters and the like). Wolfbox is much smaller and lighter than the Ryobi one.
$116.99 for me. Where have I gone wrong?
Apply the 2nd code.
Thank you. Second code did not work for me the first time. All good now.
It was doing that for me, then i cleared my cart, added it a second time without clicking anything else or adding any codes, and it showed the discount price at checkout
Cheers OP. Handy for getting fires going
I was literally just thinking about grabbing one of these from their site today. Cheers OP!
Perfect for cleaning robot HEPA filters or other types of filters for that matter (use outdoors)
I can vouch for this product.. even if it is ~$100, you won't need to buy disposable canned air again
Thanks OP…. might be good for cleaning wax and hair from my ears…. ahem
and vacuum filters that are a pain in the arse to clean properly with the big air compressor…. and the noisy fan on my desktop 1 month after I replaced another one….though that might be a bit hopeful.
These are great, but the battery is only 3000mAh, not 6000. There are two 3000mAh 18650s in series.
Are they easily replacable?
Soldering would be involved at the very least. Spot welding needed if you have bare cells.
so 2x3000 = 6000?? Am I missing something?
Yeah, "in series".
Two 3.7V batteries in series provide 7.2V, with capacity of 3000mAh.
Two 3.7V batteries in parallel provide 3.7V, with capacity of 6000mAh.
How's it compare to the ones on aliexpress? Same thing just different branding?
Poor guy appears to have blown his own nuts off….
But good tests (11 min mark has a comparative overview).
BUT…he hasn't engaged the hidden modes in the Chinesiums (I don't think). Click through to the high setting, but then hold down the mode button for a few seconds… and hold on…they have overdrive /overclock mode..
I'll try and get some data from my $22 AliExpress "Violent Fan". Looks like the Dove version. But has another speed on top of the vid. My annemometer tops out at 156km/h. So can't test that. But can try force on to scales.
Think I have the same one called "Violent fan" - be interested to see how you go.
The Dove one faired pretty well in the video, so may not be worth the extra money to go to the wolfbox ones.
@rysith: I honestly think they are all basically the same. Just the nozzles are different and the cells inside.
The Violent Fan does 130k rpm. There is no use case that needs more than that. Cell longevity is excellent at the moment…will it last ..only time will tell.
Thanks for linking that vid. Great review/comparison and info. Such a stressful delivery style!
Does anyone know one with similar power levels that offers a user-friendly replaceable battery?
I want this but I don't need this right now lol. I wonder if it will go cheaper over a years time
I always thought this was just one of those cheap AliExpress units. I own about 3 from AliExpress and my favourite by far isn’t sold anymore. Couldn’t find it anywhere. Had an awesome heft to it, and I remember when I turned it on, it would push my hand back. Had good quality parts inside, and a Sony battery.
The other 2 I got were more expensive, bigger and somehow lighter and less powerful.
I'm having a huge pain getting this to work, second code keeps saying this code can't be applied to your order!
Tried the smaller one at a LAN last week and it worked great.
Finally succumbed and bought one, thanks OP
A straight discount for the MF50 without going through cashback hoop. Haven't tried mine.
My friend has a MF100 and I find it fantastic. I don't really one, but if it ever can get to this price again, I'll grab one
Can't find second code
I love my MF50 but the dogs hate it
Thanks - bought the MF50, figure that will be enough for me.
Would it work well with a vacuum to catch dust?
I.e. air duster to break loose and get dust out of tight spots, vacuum to catch and clean up surrounding dust.
Wish I had this when my DJI Mini 3 Pro got dust inside every single crevices recently on a holiday to Hawaii. Was operating the damn thing without being able to control the gimbal flying over last month's volcanic eruptions. Felt like I was NASA trying to control a failing space probe.
You'll never know when you need something like this until you do.
Reposting my assessment from the previous thread vs the commonly recommended Solareye X7AU
*I got a solar just to compare these two, this week.
Okay, yeah, out the box I thought the solareye was about on par, but much noisier, and decently bigger. Until I realised it's default nozzle is twice as large. So it was pushing a lot more air.
The thing is though, swapping nozzles down, the effect doesn't keep up. I don't know if it's because of nozzle design or something something static pressure something fan pitch something, but at the same nozzle size the gap closes a lot. I'd say it's about 20%-30% more powerful in practice at the smaller.
This only narrows for the smallest size duster-tip nozzle. Here the wolfbox actually feels more powerful. For dusting/blasting out electronics, the wolfbox pulls ahead again, and it's much smaller, so you'll get it in far more places.
The wolfbox is significantly smaller, significantly quieter, significantly lighter, has more nozzle styles, and is far more premium feeling, and seems to keep it's own for the short range stuff.
The solar can be stood up like a can, has more accessory cleaning brushes etc, wins on raw power, and obstensibly has ~15% more battery. I also noticed it got warm in the hand, and warmer at the output, so I think it's dissipating heat better, meaning it'd likely run longer and have less long term issues. It actually feels like a cracked out hairdryer in the hand, more than a portable "blower'. But it's still smaller than a can of air.
I'd recommend the wolfbox if you're replacing canned air, the solar if you're wanting a super compact blower instead of the bigger ryobi/etc type shop blowers or are running it more than a minute at a time.
On that basis, I might just keep both. The solar for the garage/workshop, the wolfbox for electronics/dusting around the house.
I can definitely see the Solar wins for car drying / blowing snow / clearing leaves off the balcony, etc. At the larger nozzle size it hammers.*
To anyone who doesn't have one of these, they are fantastic. One of the handiest little tools in our house. We use it for all sorts of things.
I can't seem to be able to stack the codes. Am I doing something wrong?
Trying to get MF100.
These are so good to clean out dust from the PC :) i got a MF50 .. luv it
