Dad: We have moonwatch at home.

  • That's a lot for a (non-GMT) 5, even with cashback.

    • Because snoopy, also 38mm.

me: reading the title on the new deals feed on home page - i bet its a rosebank one - yep haha

i thought the 27k one looked better of the two.

lol I felt the fomo and bought that one too. Got $32.56 cb

      Now I own 2 Seiko 5s

I just want a 38mm classic cocktail time presage. Small wrist problems…

I don't understand Seiko doing these collaborations , it cheapens the brand according to me !
Although they , citizen not sure if Seiko use to do Mickey mouse watches all those years ago.

does it cheapen Omega and oris too?

      Looks like garbage IMO.

The Seiko "5" logo looks like someone trying to remember how to do the "Cool S"

      Snoopy looks badly drawn/photocopied.

      And apparently he surfs now?

      • +3

Pretty sure Snoopy has always surfed and skateboarded, etc.

Argh. I've been wanting both of the Peanuts collabs since I saw them come out, figured the price would eventually drift southwards from the release RRP. 10% plus 7% cashrewards…

    • I think they'll look good on you

      • +1

I don't think they'll look good on my credit card statement

        • Just get another CC

  • +1

Yeah, this is a cool watch.

  • SRPK27K sold out

  • I would probably spend $13.50 more for a Seiko Eucalyptus Turtle.

    • I just did

      • But haven't you got enough watches?

        • +4

          I don't understand what you're saying.
