        IIRC the Ampol Fujitsu POS cancels the first discount presented if you try to present 2 or more discounts, preventing stacking.

        As pointed out out recently, the Ampol Retail Pty Ltd (trading as Foodary or Woolworths MetroGo) stations, where there are about 600 stores nationwide also recently fixed their POS to no longer allow stacking with the Woolworths/EDR 4c.

      This discount is only available at 8 Ampols in Tasmania (and they are all in Greater Hobart):

      • Glenorchy
      • New Town
      • Eastlands
      • Lindisfarne
      • Macquarie Street Hobart
      • Hobart South (Davey Street)
      • Sandy Bay (near Wrest Point)
      • Midway Point

      The reason it is only available at these Ampols is that these are the only Ampols in Tasmania operated by Ampol (in other words, these are the only Ampol Foodary service stations in Tasmania). This discount is only usable at Ampol Foodary (and Ampol Woolworths MetroGo) service stations.

      Their prices are okay, but I find it cheaper to go to either the unattended Ampol in Cambridge Park or an EG Ampol (e.g. in Glenorchy).

          An unattended Ampol is where there are no staff on site and you use a "pay at the pump" machine to pay for your fuel purchase, rather than going into a convenience store to make the payment.

              @Mondorock: To be fair, unattended service stations appear to be usually found in smaller towns and cities, and are typically set up as truck stops. For example, around Greater Hobart, there are unattended Ampol, Shell and United service stations (although the unattended United service stations are attended during the day, so I am not sure whether the “pay at the pump” machine works during the day).

              You are probably more likely going to see an unattended service station in Melbourne if you go to a Costco that sells fuel.

      Looks like that's their whole promotion period, but then another T&C said "d. is valid for 56 days from first appearing in the app".

      Guessing the offer first appears when someone logs into the app during the promotion period, and the offer is then valid for 56 days…

      On the t&c it says if you purchase regular fuel you will only get 3c discount and it will use one of the 3 fills allocation.

    Interesting, I logged in, updated the app, but still only showing me 5c off the premium fuels, and 3c off non-premium fuels.
    The Toyota app gave me 6c off, and Woolies still offers 4c off, so will use this as last resort.

      There are nearly 1300 other Ampol service stations across Australia that do not accept this fuel discount, as these 1300 are franchisee locations, including:

      The only Ampol fuel discount offers I am aware of that cannot be redeemed in conjunction with the redemption of an AmpolCash gift card are the fuel discounts offered by Bennett’s Petroleum.

      The terms and conditions of this offer states that it cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another fuel discount offer. You can also have a look at this comment from an Ampol employee who provided a screenshot of internal Ampol documentation.

      I know that the Ampol checkout system used to be able to let you stack both types of discounts, but:

      • Someone told me a few months ago that it was no longer possible to stack a myNRMA and Woolworths discount.

      • Ampol attendants are usually trained to only accept a Woolworths fuel discount or an Ampol partner discount in one transaction, not both. (That has been my personal experience.)

      There is no harm in trying though… except you may use up a Woolworths fuel discount voucher in the process (unless you are at a Tasmanian Ampol Foodary service station, where you do not even need a fuel discount voucher on your Everyday Rewards account to claim a 6c/L discount).

      If you click the link in the deal and then scroll down the page you get redirected to, you will see a map of all the Ampol service stations across Australia participating in this fuel discount offer. All I can see on that map are Ampol Foodary and Ampol Woolworths MetroGo service stations, so my presumption is that the only type of Ampol service stations accepting this offer is Ampol Foodary and Ampol Woolworths MetroGo service stations. I can see quite a lot of them across VIC, so there is a good chance there is such a service station located near you.

      T&Cs on my offer in the app (website words weren't updated for the new offer - slack web mgt) specifically mention 95 as a premium fuel attracting the 10cpl off - the same as in all previous offers (as rare as they've been lately). Regular fuels are 3c off, standard rate on all offers iirc.

        The 10c/l discount is a genuine offer and the correct discount should have been applied. Can you please send me a copy of the receipt so that I can inform Ampol Head office to address with their store and also to provide you with the difference in discount.
