I didn't know this was available when my EV was in the panel beater's so was a pleasant surprise to get some additional discount.

I didn't have to follow the below, I just simply scanned my RACV membership card to get the discount.

Woolworths fuel discount offer: the discount offer you earn when you spend $30+ in one transaction on eligible items at Woolworths / Woolworths Metro

Spend in-store offer: the discount offer you earn when you spend $5+ on eligible items in the EG Ampol convenience store.

This fuel discount offer is an EG Club / partner discount offer, so it is not stackable with other EG Club / partner discount offers (e.g. any discount vouchers you see on the EG Club app, Origin Energy, RAA).

          Just activate as you bull dog clip the bowser pump lever or pop the petrol cap into it as you hands free auto fill? Despite the warnings, I've never been blown up by mobile phone use.

    Thanks OP! Is this in addition to the 5c offered by the EG app? Looks like that expires at the end of August though.

      It should not be.

      • The terms and conditions of both the RACV and EG Club app discounts specifically state they can only be stacked with the Woolworths fuel discount offer and the instore spend offer.

      • Someone tried to stack both recently and the checkout only let them use one.

      You are welcome to give it a go stacking them (because you never know if EG updated their checkouts and accidentally let you stack an EG Club and RACV discount), although if you do that, you will probably end up using up two discount offers.

          Yes, because the RACV fuel discount terms and conditions specifically says you can stack it with the Woolworths fuel discount offer (and the instore spend offer too).

          When I said Someone tried to stack both recently in the comment above, I was trying to say that someone tried to use an EG Club discount offer and a RACV discount offer in the same transaction, but the POS system only let them use an EG Club discount or a RACV discount.

      Yesterday's favourite child is now out of favour everywhere..
      I don't get it. LPG is around $1 / litre… Yet we export it for a few cents..yet discounts excluded.

    this promo also available for NRMA blue (those on Freebie), but on Ampol Branded (not EG). 5c/L on premium fuels and 3c/L on regular fuels. You need to click on Fuel then Redeem Now.

      That statement is wrong for a couple of reasons.

      • EG displays Ampol branding on the service station canopy, service station bowsers and the pylon out the front, because EG is an Ampol franchisee (i.e. it sells fuel supplied by Ampol).

      • There are around 1300 Ampol service stations that are not operated by EG, but only around 600 of these actually accept the NRMA discount you reference. The other 700 Ampol service stations are operated by other Ampol franchisees (e.g. Bennett’s Petroleum) and those do not accept the NRMA discount.

    EG Ampol stations also accept Woolworths Essential egift cards which are 4% off via the RACV website. This payment method gives you and additional 8c off per litre of fuel priced at $2.

    The EG Ampols near me are usually about 7-8c more expensive per litre than an unmanned automated fuel stop near me but by using the 4c Woolies supermarket discount, the daily RACV discount and paying with the egift card I'm getting 16-17c off per litre, a net saving of 8c to 10c over the el cheapo unmanned servo price.

    For an 80L fill, that's $6.40-$8.

    If I need milk I could save a little bit more if buying enough petrol litres to overcome the higher price of EG Ampol vs Woolies milk.
