Such orders almost always don't need signature on delivery, so doesn't really happen.

It's posts like these that really highlight what despicable, entitled cretins ozbargainers are. Complaining, threatening bad reviews, getting hot mad over something you weren't entitled to. And I bet your bottom dollar the biggest whingers are the ones that made multiple accounts for multiple orders…

Would really really appreciate it if those who gave us 1 star reviews on review sites would remove their reviews. We aren't even in the business of selling merchandise, so the reviews aren't helpful for churches who are actually trying to find our services. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience of all this, and am asking for you to please be kind as it can be very harmful to our business to have 1 star reviews. Thank you so much!
For that you'll very likely need to at least explain what loss you suffered as a result of cancelling 8000+ orders ?

You can possibly dispute those reviews with Trustpilot. Those 1star reviews do seem unfair from something was that supposed to be created out of goodwill. Honestly rep, you need to either use unique codes next time or codes locked to specific emails or accounts, or cap how many uses are allowed. It could have been easily shared on a popular Facebook group or reddit, and also go out of hand.
We had the code locked to one use per customer and to expire in 24 hours… but we never thought that someone would post it to a bargain site and send us 8000 orders.
We will try to dispute with TrustPilot but it's very hard to get them to delete a review.
If anyone submitted a review they can however delete it or change it themselves, considering it makes no sense to leave us a bad review as there was no bad intention here and we canceled and refunded the orders.
Appreciate anyone who is willing to go do that.

@steve84: That was an auto generated email from Shopify, not language we wrote. However we didn't know where these orders came from at first, so we just cancelled them and started the grueling process of getting everything stopped with our fulfillment and shipment partner. They were all international orders (Australia, China, Taiwan, etc) and looked suspicious. Then we finally found that it was posted here. No disrespect intended.
@justinjdean: dont waste too much time with this lot….you dont need to justify cancellations.
