I believe they are price matching coles who have the other sizes for $2.20 if you need those :)

Whats the quality like compared to ikea?

    • +2

The freezer bags are pretty thick and heavy duty, I use it for household/misc item storage.

      • Yep agreed. Good quality. I use these to store different cables etc.

    • I like Ikea best, but these are good too. I like the pack of 100 small Ziplock ones best. The huge Ikea ones are legit, but you have to be careful opening it not to tear the bag under the zip thing. Open it like a bag of chips.

    • Thicker and wash better. I have found IKEA bags doesn’t hold up as well in the freezer, which is what I bought them for.

it's going to be a good squeeze

    Thanks I bought 3

    • I thought you were saying three steers for a moment.

These have been in the last two prime day offers as well, not sure if they’ll be any cheaper than this if they’re on again this year

  • Was eyeing these off in Coles yesterday to put rolls of 3D filament in the OzB way … what's the main difference between these bags, their "non-freezer" type, I guess more broadly against the typical zip lock bags like Coles generic? I have used a couple of them before but not really sure that style of dimple seal is any more air/water tight.

I ended up doing the very un-OzB thing and buying Hercules for the double-zip at the full normal price…

    • What size is enough to put a filament spool in?

      • +1

Coles/Hercules Large are 27x33cm and can fit the 1kg spools ok with a bit of spare room at the top, but pretty much just right width wise. I guess that was another reason I played it safe, in case these more square ones might have been too small.

    • you have missed out on quality, there is a huge difference!

      • Which one is better?

    why blu?

    • Why not?

    • Cause everything's blue for him.

Checked mine from the last Amazon prime day, clear not blue. The 19pk of 'Stoage bags' are mighty handy, been reusing for ages.
