            @yak: Just checked. Shipping to Perth CBD and metro: $9.05 with Sendle Domestic - 5 to 15 business days

              @trixieb: I followed @Hitoo Supply Chain 's instruction to "please try using the shipping estimate in checkout page"

              Put in postcode 6000 for Perth CBD and it's still "Sorry, we do not ship to this destination."

              I'll note that if you go past the "shipping estimate" and further through the checkout process, then they do indeed show a charge for shipping to Perth. I only went further because of your info. Otherwise, I'd still be stopped at the estimate error message and have gone no further.

              After more testing, it appears that every Australian postcode might get "Sorry, we do not ship to this destination" error. Not a great customer experience.

  I purchased this wallet 2 weeks ago and while the product is ok to use, the company doesn't understand how bad their customer service is. I tried calling 3-4 times on the mobile number listed to arrange pick up and direction but it never gets picked up. I then had to send a text but again no reply. I tried my luck with the address listed in the email for pick up and the location is ridiculous not where the address specified on google map. You had to drive another a couple of kms to the edge of the business estate. Don't bother entering by the front door because it is permanently locked, after trying calling them again and as usual business owner didn't pick up. I tried asking a nearby business for the entrance and was told to drive all the way to the end of street and turn left at the first set of lights. Then I had to locate the back entrance letter. This went on for 40mins before i can locate the back entrance to pick up the pass port wallet. When I finally got to the entrance, a Chinese man didn't bother to acknowledge how frustrating it is to locate his business. I asked why he didn't bothered to answer the mobile that is listed as part of the pick up. I tried to let him know that other customers picking up might have the same trouble. He was rude, couldn't care less, brush off my concerns. Not sure how his business will survive if this is how you treat first time customer. If you aren't willing to put up with the bad experience or able to locate the business during pick up then go else where. Their product is sold at other places also. I won't be coming back.
