I've been tracking this watch for a while, looks to be the cheapest it has ever been according to camels.

How's is this if my main focus is only cycling.? Better or worse compared to Galaxy 5 pro.? Or do I have to wait for a deal on Fenix 6x pro.?
I have a garmin 520 bike computer I would prefer to use a garmin watch as heart rate monitor as a broadcast device. Don't think that's possible from GW 5 watch.

i know for a fact it has an older sensor compared to the venu 2 plus( which can do ecg). but i can also say that ( from a friend) this watch is amazing in battery life and accuracy of heart rate tracking. if you are moving from Android wear Os or apple watch OS…. this will be a pleasure to use if you lean more onto the active/fitness side.

Same here with Venu 2 plus. I was a bit unsure of the OLED screen which isn't always on coming from a Vivoactive 3 but 100% no regrets.
@ginormousgiraffe any reason why tracking this watch over others like the 945 etc ? I can see that this is slimmer in profile to the rest which is a plus.
From videos it looks to be a much nicer screen but you don't have as many side buttons which may not be as good if you are a serious runner.
