Review from same rack but badged differently:
    Not for heavy bikes
Reviewed in Australia on 20 January 2023
    Size Name: 3-Pack
Item arrives in fairly compact box, each component individually packaged and parts seem of reasonable quality for the price.
Instructions could be more detailed but all the info is there.
I have used it twice now for a total travel of over 100 k's and the hooks that fit to the car have not left any marks at all, we have a hatchback.
First time fitting takes the longest as you need to work out where to fit to get the correct angle and also not obstruct you rear number plate as that could cause issues with road patrol, second fitting is done in a couple of minutes.
Each car is different but in my case I put the longest straps on the top two buckles the extra length
allows you to wrap the excess around for added peace of mind once you have tightened as much as possible through the metal clasp buckles as these are the two straps that carry all the weight , these are the only two metal one's the rest are plastic.
once the two top are hooked up the rack sits in place then attach the bottom two then the two sides, I fitted the metal brackets that the plastic buckles fit through on the side on the inside of the bike holder so they fold over the tube instead of pulling on the bolt which would not be ideal.
Now no matter how tight you get it ,the nylon straps WILL without fail stretch after a few kilometers you must pull over and re tighten if you don't I imagine a good bump and the bikes will be left behind on the road .
This rack is not for regular use it does not have that durability, also no way this will hold three adult bike it struggled with one e-Bike with the battery removed .
It hates bumps and if you inadvertently hit one on the road pull over as you may find that the bottom hooks have popped out and the whole unit is just hanging on the two top straps.
On the second trip the next day with a different 28" bike the straps continued to stretch and I needed to pull over on two occasions to tighten them.
I purchased this unit to bring two bikes home on different days from where we purchased them two different places as the delivery charges where $140 ea OUCH , so this saved us money even taking fuel into account.
Do not be complacent using this rack keep an eye out in your rear vision mirror , when the rack is nice and tight the bike will not bounce or slide about but after one good bump all bets are off.
I reckon maybe for small children's bikes it could be used on a regular basis but definitely not for adult bikes and certainly not three.
For me it was a good buy but I hope I don't have the need to use it again as it is not set and forget.I have traveled around Australia with two bikes strapped on the rear of our vehicle using a bolt on unit , you fitted the bikes and no need to give them a second thought.Oh, get some octopus straps as well just to sturdy things up a bit.I have seen other reviews claiming no issues at all with over 1000 k and winding roads ,this must be for another rack as in my opinion it is simply not possible it is the same as the one I am reviewing.

    Update : 20th March 2023.
I replaced 2 plastic clasps with metal ones I came across , now with two metal clasps securely pulling up and another two pulling down made this rack behave completely differently , you are able to easily place more force on the straps with the metal clasps and they do not slip at all even after hitting some bumps. I needed to transport a bike 50k's and with the changes the rack was brilliant very sturdy and did not budge , if they did not cheap out with the plastic ones they supplied I imagine reviews would be more positive. Actually in the images metal clasps are shown not plastic so misleading and bad practice to show one thing and supply another.

    Bikes fell while driving
Reviewed in Australia on 3 February 2023

The 2 top traps got undone while driving at 80 kmph on Burns Bay Road in Sydney. The bikes were an 8.2kg road bike and a 16.6kg Mountain Bike. The bikes were severely damaged and written off. We got lucky that there were no cars behind us else this would’ve caused a police case.

    • Ahh my bad, this is for the boot attached rack made by same supplier

Be prepared to be fined for number plate obstruction. This rack has nowhere to place an unobstructed number plate.
