    For when you are tearing the sheets off the roll i would guess. They're probably missing a trick there - a swing out boom to position your phone in front of you would free up both hands when required….. Then folk can alternate wipe, scroll, wipe, scroll……

  Great holder! Bought same thing with no brand, around same price off ebay. Been using it for 5 yrs still looks like new. I mainly used the shelf for the wet wipe packs.

      Funny because a lot of people flush with the lid up which sprays a mist of fecal matter all around the bathroom and on your toothbrush. Even with the lid down it's not an airtight seal.
