The whole app crapped itself for weeks not too long ago. Everything was off-line. If you have automatic software updates disabled you may still be on the broken version of the app.
@mitt: I have uninstalled and installed the app (numerous tmes) so it must be current and have also opened a new account all to no avail.
Used to and have enjoyed all of my previous rewards, missing them badly now, such as this. 😢
Mine wasn't in the Rewards section, it was on the app home page. If you scroll down you should see it. When you click on it, it then appears in the rewards page

@pacificstorm: Mine was doing the same on Android for over a year. I run Adguard for blocking ads, I turned off Adguard to test something and forgot to turn it on, used the HJ app later and noticed I was getting rewards. Turned on Adguard when the browser was full of ads and noticed the rewards in the HJ app died again. Whitelisted the HJ app and the rewards started showing again and have worked ever since.
Check if you are running any device wide ad blocking software and either disable and test the HJ app after completely closing it, or allow the HJ app to be excluded from the blocking.
They have a nice offer every week.
hi. had this problem also for a long time but theres an easy fix.
just make sure you are logged in and select your store. go to rewards, refresh it once (swipe down). then close the app (remove it from your active apps) open it up again and the vouchers will be there. hope this helps

seems like its been removed from every store atleast in qld. tried 15 different stores on the app, none of them have the biscoff. only released 5 days ago
Not a bad lunch option. It's a shame that my local HJ has a habbit of consistently stuffing up my orders. Had a string of consistently more sneaky stuff ups that it was almost like they were amping up the way they can screw my order up.

This is true, they have less than even a few years ago.
So (a) you eat the sundae before the burger, or (b) you drink a slurry of surgery milk after ? Neither seems particularly ideal.
The size of HJ burger is horrible. The same as cheese burger.
eg. Whopper Junior $7.8, not bigger than hamburger.

Yeah that's crazy, over $7 for that small of a burger (app says just 1550kJ, only slightly more than a hamburger which is half the price). The prices really have gone ludicrously high lately, bacon deluxe $9.40 another example.
Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet, but you can swap the whopper to either plant based whopper or vegan whopper cheese, no extra charge.

Big fan of the cheeseburger and the sauce. Never would have tried it if not for this deal. Usually hate cheese burgers especially Maccas. Now it will be my go to burger.

Ordered, waited 25 minutes in store while others kept getting their orders. Went up to ask whats taking so long, burgers have been sitting there but no sundae, The girl didnt say why there was no sundae she just said i can give you some chips or nuggets so i took that and left.
