No idea if this is a good deal, i am on AM4 and have not kept up with Intel pricing, it is cheaper than the AU pricing. Cheapest price i found on Staticice is $682 for the K and $632.60 for the KF.
Update: Further price drop from $557.98 originally to $548.53.

Good price, for the price difference would just skip the KF better to have an integrated graphics might need it at some point.
