  I’m guessing there is also a rate lock fee to get this rate otherwise loan won’t be approved prior to change.

  Too late as far as I can tell. Going through the sign up at the moment with IMB and was told by my lending manager that they can't apply a fixed rate until settlement, no chance of settling anything by next Tuesday.

      Since groook made that comment I looked on their website and there is no reference to rate locks with them so seems they might not offer it.

    That's not 100% correct. They can honour the fixed rates as long as the settlement occurs within the 21 days from approval date.

  Hi Wilson are you also ghosting me despite the fact I tried calling you numerous times, and sent you emails to follow up the money you were supposed to compensate due to a messed up discharge.
