It seems Samsung is offering 30% off on S23 series everywhere, even on Samsung store for Westpac Rewards.

You should be able to find this offer under "Rewards and Offer" section in Westpac website or mobile app.
Although it says "Save up to 15% off", once you are in the Samsung store, S23 series are 30% off.

You’ll need to repay Telstra for any vouchers you received when you purchased your plan. The Voucher Repayment Fee (if applicable) is pro-rated, equal to the total amount of the base voucher divided by 24 and multiplied by months (or part months) remaining in your plan term.

But basically went to store, manager approved price match without confirming price (based on my screen price).
While the cashier was doing adjustment, a staff member got involved without being asked and was not happy that i was getting a price match, so basically said we cant do it and told the manager to cancel approval which he did.
So i wrote a complain to regional manager who approved the price match and is hopefully dealing with those 2 staff members.

Now the later submissions for watch redemptions are getting the Watch6 44mm LTE.
Total cost now roughly $860 for S23 ultra with watch6 lte.
This beats the EDU store if you have a Westpac credit card. There's a bonus $100 off $1000+ purchases using PartPay listed on the Westpac app.
Looks like it's only useable for credit card holders.

Not sure. PartPay is used for paying in instalments, so presumably the final payment is <$100
You can use partpay virtual card to pay to get this additional $100 discount. You don’t need to have a Westpac CC.

Before login, cart for the 23 Ultra (512) is $1574 without utlising $100-off trade-in. After login to Samsung account to checkout, it jumps to $19XX with $300-off trade-in.. 🤣

Samsung is a bit weird with its ordering capabilities. If you go through westpac and try ordering on samsung store, you can only get things delivered to home. The option of picking up from a samsung store goes away.
