This deal is much better value as you get 4 sauces, 2 reg drinks, 2 reg chips for $5 more than just $10 for 30 nuggets.
Even with the shared meal hack, 1 large chips is already $4.95.
@CodeXD - I might not necessarily value 2 reg chips and 2 reg drinks at $5 TBH hence the dilemma. I got both the offers but taking both in a week's time will be pretty unhealthy so my mind was debating lol.
Some random tidbits:
- You don't need the addon (shared meal hack) to get large chips for $4.95 - that's the standard price on the menu. However, large potato and gravy and large coleslaw are cheaper with the addon (reduced from the menu price of $7.45 to $4.95, even cheaper than the menu price of the regular P&G and coleslaw of $5.45).
- Large chips are therefore the "least worthwhile" side to get if you have the option of all three.
- 1 large chips is equivalent to 2 regular chips based on calorie count.
- 1 1.25L drink (a "large side") is equivalent to ~3.33x regular drinks (375mL) based on volume.
- The now unobtainable 😞 2 Large Sides for $5.95 has gone up in price to $6.95, putting a large side at a discounted rate of $3.50.
This is indeed a good deal, as it's around the same as 30 Nuggets for $10 (targeted) + 2 Large Sides for $6.95 (unobtainable).

Honestly, I'm not sure if 15 nuggs is the right amount per person.
I can't tell if you're trying to say it is too much or not enough.
Personally I've had 24 nugs by myself with 4 sauces.

@x x: I think I'd start feeling sick after about a dozen - but back in my wild days when KFC had the all-you-can-eat buffet I think that I could have smashed 2 dozen easy.

Same. Hopefully we can swap for zinger pieces. I don't like original recipe these days. Dunno if it's just me or that the recipe has changed but it doesn't taste as good as it used to.

Got this last night and they ran out of nuggets and gave us 10 tenders instead without even letting me know. Not a huge fan of tenders. Feel a little ripped off.

Nah, you might just need to be subscribed to marketing to get the "KFC For You" offers i.e. these targeted deals, not sure… but all of my accounts are subscribed and they all get targeted deals. So if you aren't subscribed, I'd say that's why.
