    • hi rep!

Is this sale valid through till 15 Aug…or is it a "while stocks last" kinda deal?
Don't need coffee right now, but will place an order a few weeks down the track…

      Cheers!

      • +1

Heya! The sale is valid until the 15th of August and everything will be available until then (like all the Blends and Pods). However, the Single O's only have limited stock and once they go, they will be replaced with new Single O's.

        • Got it, thanks!

  • Best beans for espresso/macchiato ?

    • What kind of setup do you have?
If you're only drinking Espresso/macchiato, stick with a single origin so you can appreciate the flavours, but you'll want to make sure you've got decent equipment because they're roasted lighter. Can't really go wrong with Kenyan.

    • Our Single O's are great if you like more fruity, exotic flavours. But keep in mind, they're a lighter style of roast. However, if you like a more classic style of espresso (and one that's better suited to milk) go for one of the Blends.

      • How light we talking? Tim Wendelboe/Sey light filter roasts? Or more of an omni roast?

Also is your Kenyan the latest harvest or past crop?

        • We call our style "omni roast", so they can be used both ways (espresso + filter). But really each of the Single O's are roasted slightly different depending on the origin, varietal, processing method etc. For instance, all of our Kenyan's are roasted quite light (more filter style) because typically they are a bright style of coffee with a fully washed processing method - so they better suit a lighter style of roast.

          • @fp2012: Good to know, thanks. Are the Kenyans past or current crop?

            • @Anders: Current, but we've actually just sold out of our Kenyan… :(
