@foxes28: Hey mate, cheers for waiting! Yeah so we're working on a fix for this one, should be sorted today or tomorrow. The original Westpac Bonus will be Rejected, and a new Bonus for the correct amount will track in it's place. Thanks for waiting on us here, much appreciated.
@gotyourback: Cheers mate, I can confirm the additional 9% bonus have been applied to my account as a separate entry (the initial 1% didn't get cancelled/rejected)
@foxes28: Hey mate, so the new Bonus amounts added will be 10%, the original Bonus amount should be rejected shortly. The original amount tracked wasn't 1% exactly, it was based on some incorrect maths on the back end, so the new amount tracked should be 10%. I've had a look at your account and from what I can tell the new amounts are 10% of the purchase amount reported to us from THE ICONIC, but let me know if you need me to take a closer look.

Yep, hopped on here to let everyone know that it’s tracked incorrectly (AGAIN). Looks like everyone has caught on already. Starting to think they do this on purpose to catch those who don’t check.
The cashback is more like an extra 13.86% off (so 44% off) once you factor in the already discounted price and exclude GST.
