I mean it's crazy cheap, but a 15% duty cycle sounds like a horrible time to me.

  Read the reviews, many people say they never hit the limits and have to stop, and the unit doesn't overheat with continuous welding.

  No, the TIG weld kit can only be used on TIG welder. Anyway, the kit is not included, if you want to use TIG welding you have to buy one. It is $57 at Repco, $38 at Sparesbox. And you need a gas bottle & regulator too.

There is no "TIG" equipment supplied with this welder….

So its just a Stick.
