Love it!! I thought I have most of the freebies from GOG, but turns out there's a bunch in there that I didn't have before. Thanks for sharing.

  • Biomenace - what a classic! Always thought this was better thank Duke

        • Adds the free game to my pile of shame.
        • Forgets about it.
        • When the game comes up as free again next year, gets disappointed that I already have it.
        • This is the way.

  • Gwent, Phoning Home and OpenTT are always free.

Phoning Home went free on steam a few months ago. Decent game but gets stupid hard at the end and I never finished it.

Tyrian 2000 is a good game and has a great soundtrack that I sometimes listen to just on its own. Many other good games in this list too. Thanks OP.

    • I bought Tyrian 2000 for $2 back in the late 90s and thought that was a great bargain already.

The game has two player mode so my bro and I could play co-op, and it didn't need the CD in the computer to play so my mates all got copies installed on their HDDs. Fun times.

I will always have fond memories of Transport Tycoon Deluxe.

The game is simple yet can be complex when you go into industries.

  • Openttd is a great game (but always free)

    • Fantastic game

  • Thanks. Picked up a few extras.

    • 6 from this list, 13 from one of the other linked lists
      .

  • Daggerfall is probably the best of the games mentioned, but I am unsure if zoomers or young millennials could handle the antique engine. It was made at a time when games were transitioning from 2d to 3d. The first true 3D game by Bethesda was Oblivion. Morrowind came close but it's engine still lacks a lot of things modern 3d games have, and it cannot properly utilize the power of modern GPUs.

  • It says that Sin Slayers The First Sin is just a free demo of Sin Slayers. This game is only a free demo. Yeah i don't call a game demo as a bargain.

"Sin Slayers: The First Sin is a free demo of Sin Slayers, an isometric RPG with roguelike elements, where your choices determine how challenging the fights and enemies will be.

This version contains 2-3 hours of gameplay, all major game elements, first story act and one procedurally generated map, that you can clear multiple times."

Yes it's only a free demo version of the full game called Sin Slayers. No bargain to be had here with that game demo.

    • Agreed, it's an odd inclusion.

    Current deal, but can't upvote.

    OzB needs a new coder.

  • Transport Tycoon Deluxe is an absolute classic. LOVE that game.
