            @Neoika: I just tried it with Ultimate Home, which is being seen as a VISA credit card in the checkout, it did not work. It comes out with 'Sorry, there was an error processing your payment. Please try another payment method or try again'.

            Using a browser, was trying to purchase$20 Kogan gift card.

              @wildstone: Which browser do you use? I use Google Chrome, make sure you enter the correct expiry date.

                @jimojr: Yes I used Chrome. The expiry is correct, because I used the card to buy a $40 item from Kogan. The very same saved card did not process successfully when buying gift card.

      Having bought the $5 apple gift card twice and the google play gift card once before, they don't exceed expectations when delivering gift cards thats for sure.

      I’m imagining some poor employee manually having to copy and paste gift card codes into emails.

      Amazing that I can instantly receive Turkish Netflix gift card codes from 100 different websites but kogan wants to take 2 business days.

      I got both an Apple and Google play $5 voucher.

      The apple one had the voucher code in the email and worked fine first go.

      The google one has a link to click that opened to "The Gift Card Mall", interestingly the code had a issue date of 13/07/2023 meaning these aren't "fresh" codes. I tried adding the google play one and it gave me an error saying this code must be added to the Australia store, odd thing is my account is on the Australian store. A chat with the google support has told me I need to fill out a "cross border appeal form", no clue why this is a problem as other vouchers have worked fine recently.

      Yep, I contacted support who said they'd escalate the matter. This was last Tuesday and haven't heard back since. With no phone number to call, looks like my options are running out other than making a complaint to Fair Trading.

      Same here. I bought one of each value and was told it's one per person and they're refunding…

      "We regret to inform you that the voucher purchase limit has been exceeded as per the policy which only allows a single voucher per customer.

      We will process a refund to your account for the extra purchases you made to ensure that you are not out of pocket - $16.00."

      So the cheap bastards are letting me keep the cheapest one and refunding the other. Dodgy as.
